The Company was notified on 11 June 2007 that on 11 June 2007 David Quint, a
director of the Company, purchased 5,900 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company at 84.5p per share.


Following this purchase, Mr Quint has a beneficial interest in 62,132 ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company representing 0.18% of the issued share capital
of the Company.
