VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional
provision 6, Apollo VCT 1 plc is required to notify the market of the
following:

Apollo VCT 1 plc's issued share capital consists of 4,890,057
ordinary shares of nominal value 100p each with voting rights.  None
of these ordinary shares are held in Treasury.

Therefore, currently the total number of voting rights in Apollo VCT
1 plc is 4,890,057.

The above figure (4,890,057) may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they
are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their
interest in, Apollo VCT 1 plc under the FSA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
