Completion of disposal

Pro Global Insurance Solutions plc ("Pro") is pleased to announce that, following BaFIN approval, on 14 August 2014 it completed the sale of the entire issued share capital in Hamburger Internationale Rückversicherung AG ("HIR") and its subsidiaries Pavant SAS, Chiltington International Holdings Limited, and Hamburg International Reinsurance Ltd. to Compre Holdings Limited, as previously announced on 20 December 2013.

Prior to completion of the sale, the other subsidiaries of HIR were transferred to Pro as contemplated by the share purchase agreement relating to the HIR sale. These include the Chiltington consulting companies based in Argentina, Germany, US and UK.
