Honestly, its squabbling over fractions of a fraction of a cent. If it appreciates a reasonable amount upon closing of the merger then those fractionals won't likely make much of a difference. Whenever I get cash I am allocating to ZHUD I just hit the ask because at the end of the day I am confident it will hit higher and the difference between ask and bid at this point will be negligible.

I have seen that often. When your Bid is lower than the threshold to appear on L2 (i.e. 8k vs 10k min. to appear), it will get skipped on some scenarios.

You would be surprised how much money there is in that particular industry. It is still oil and gas related and a very essential part of the process and not a lot of companies do it.

With Co providing updates of what's to be expected soon, might send message of opportunity, and allow time for others to engage in this opportunity. I don't get how this could be looked at as a bad thing? Maybe we just take it for what we know...Company is being transparent and giving us information as if becomes available.

Let see, company issues a press release that they are in the process of doing an LOI, then another press release that they signed the LOI and it is due close end of October. Why didn't they just close the deal and announce it then? There is no material even with an LOI, none, zilch, nothing whatsoever, what they should have done was just issue a press release a week before close, provided that deal is about to close for sure and meanwhile load the crap out of the float and just to merge with a water recycling company. Not saying these guys are scams, just saying that this is not most appropriate way to do it. Market likes full of surprises.

Sorry, let me explain that one again, 30 million was on the ask at 5, and 4 prints that didn’t come close to clearing that 30 million came in, followed by 2 random 6 prints.

A lot of weird s… has been happening lately in the OTC world. On IJJP, there was about 30 million on the ask at 5 and 6 prints came in, 4 at .0005, and 2 at .0006. That’s just the tip of the iceberg, I still to this day don’t understand the E*Trade double prints that have been going on for some time now.

What’s funny is there isn’t any mention of a partial fill. The full order for 300k is still there. I don’t see that number of shares on the order log either.

They are losing shares while trying to shake people out.

This should be tried at a higher PPS
