"Duffy has been so tied up with FAA "accidents". Your quote.

Pretty sure he can walk and chew gum at the same time. He has lots of staff that are very competent in their respective fields.

That was one of my concerns as well last two days. But we are just turning around the corner. The ball is pretty much on all the involved agencies court now, after that it will be up to Delfin what they do with it. Then we can actually sing the song "It's now or never"

Not overly sure how this relates to, or implies "team Delfin"... but I have found it odd that Sec. Duffy has been so tied up with FAA "accidents" that he's not had time to deal with an agreement he'd made with Senator Cruz

To clarify with the pink sheet comment, it wasn't directed at this stock play. That poster seemed to be 'newish' and his first post on this forum is on an OTC stock. That may be indicative of someone looking for a quick break in the OTC. It was just a warning about the OTC market. I started out in this cesspool years ago and learned my lesson well.

As for $TGLO, I have been following the board since last month and already taken a nice healthy chunck. The info posted here is simply incredible and it has pointed me in the right direction to do my own research and, believe me, I have dug deep. It's also good to see what was posted on other forums going back years (along with plenty of links.) The fact that there are recent articles laying out the efforts taken by 'this administration's' thus far and bashing Trump for it, this is a pretty straightforward play, and things will play out real soon.

As usual, I appreciate the info, Dino and will get to reading what you provided ASAP. GLTU!

Double m, there has been no dilution with TGLO since the dawn of times. A few things to consider, why does Delfin continue to fund TGLO to the tune of 1.4 million dollars and why does TGLO utilize Delfin office spaces in Texas, this is not "Alternative Reporting" stinky pinky, this is an SEC reporting Shell in Delaware of all the places, those are the beauty in this landscape. Delfin owns 71% controlling interest, the rest are between Talisman and retail investors, some of the OG's that have been here for 7 years and waiting for things to materialize, as one poster said, highly complex venture, politics and bureaucracy doesn't make it easy, but with the current admin, one hopes that this merger is around the corner. Latham and Watkins is there counsel, second best law firm in the United States and second highest paid, Frederick Jones is the former founder of Glencore, which is also trading in the OTC at 55 billion market cap and he sold the company for 15 billion. Egan was the shell owner, he still has shares here and apparently bought 16,000 shares for his grandchildren, he doesn't own as much as he did before the Delfin took over the shell for 25,000 dollars. Do research of Egan and Jones.

Brother, as of 3 Feb, 2025, the company has a 441,480,473 OS on a 500,000,000 AS. I wouldn't be too worried about any (significant) dilution with the situation this company is in. Just sit back and appreciate what these guys on this board are doing for us!

We can agree that the Delfin lad's are certainly behind :) Although I would primarily blame world/economic events more then their leadership team. Covid pandemic, China trade war, 4 years of the Biden regime... the list goes on and on.

Looking at their management team, it's literally former exec's from Golar, so these guys know what they are doing, but I guess we can agree just a tad slow.

I just wanted to point out with $19B in contracts, they definitely have enough to FID on the 1st ship and most likely a 2nd ship immediately or shortly thereafter. From that time, it's game on. With our pro-energy regime now, this can certainly move very quick!

Thanks I don't know the industry like you guys here, I figured if only having contracts for 3+ MPTA of a 13 MPTA project that would be considered behind.

Would it make sense to dilute here to pay for the project to the tune of 8 billion dollars? Or would it make sense to reverse merge and do a reverse split ratio of 1 for 10, assuming the price is between 4-5 dollars after the merger and list on major exchange for $40-$50 dollars and do a secondary offering where it can easily get absorbed?

Is this new? I thought it only affected one Wison yard previously.

Either way, more yard space might be open with the other projects delayed.

So who knows how this will be navigated

SPAs and HOAs are publicly reported with DOE, so nothing new has been locked.

1 ship may not be enough to RM and I would prefer myself to wait for more, so contracts could definitely add some time.

I’m hopeful contracts would come quick now, but I would imagine two ships is the minimum for RM.

Just a guess though

WISON will not be building anything for Delfin—translation from PDF.

Shipbuilding (Overweight)
January 15, 2025

South Korea Dominates FLNG, While the U.S. Crushes China's Competitor
Issue Comment
China’s Only FLNG Shipyard, WISON, Added to U.S. Sanctions List
On January 10, the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) announced that the Chinese shipyard WISON had been added to the U.S. sanctions list related to Russia. The reason cited was WISON’s involvement in manufacturing and supplying power modules for Russia’s Arctic LNG2 project. The U.S. also noted that WISON attempted to conceal this by engaging in ship-to-ship cargo transfers and routing through multiple Chinese ports. This action was classified as material and technological support for Russia’s energy sector under an executive order, leading to WISON being sanctioned.

As a result, WISON’s assets in the U.S. will be frozen, and transactions with American companies and individuals are prohibited. Additionally, WISON is banned from using the U.S. financial system for transactions. Companies from third countries that engage with WISON risk facing the same sanctions, effectively rendering WISON incapable of conducting global business. Given the experiences of other companies sanctioned for ties to Russia and Iran, WISON’s future in the global FLNG and shipbuilding markets looks bleak.

Mr. C Mr. C 2 days ago
Not like FID will be kept secret, but I guess the big factor now is it just depends if they want to RM with only one ship locked or wait for more.

If they go with just one ship then they likely still need to RM for financing, but that seems deflating.

They’ll likely wait to lock more, so hopefully it comes quick and we won’t be waiting forever on contracts now to RM.

The company is estimating FID on 2 ships, so probably a good bet that’s the goal or minimum to get us over the line for RM.

Hopefully they’re now in a league of their own and can lock up some bigger deals quicker.

Lot of the bigger and pissed off customers from VG might come sniffing now.

Dallas - Contracts certainly are not the issue. Per their March 1st, 2024 request for extension (See below). The contracts they have signed (that we are aware of to date, total $19Billion!!) Who knows what else they have signed, and not announced, in the past year (thanks to the prior terrible administration).
All they need is their license to be approved (forthcoming very quickly) then we are off to the races!!
Delfin has a modular project consisting of four separate FLNGVs, each of which may
move forward individually independent of the others, with the result that long-term LNG off-take
contracts for only 2.5 to 3.0 metric tonnes per annum (“MTPA”) are needed to support FID for
the first FLNGV and the Delfin Deepwater Port, which will be constructed at an estimated cost
of over $2.5 billion. Delfin has ample commercial contracts for that purpose, having secured
long-term contracts with five LNG off-takers for a total of 3.3 MTPA (some of which may not be
sourced from Delfin’s first FLNGV), with additional volumes in advanced commercial
negotiations that will result in financial underpinnings for the second FLNGV as well.
The executed contracts represent a long-term revenue stream of almost $19 billion that
will underpin the Delfin Deepwater Port and the first FLNGV. Thus, Delfin has the needed
financial support to reach FID and proceed with its first FLNGV, as well as contracted customers
counting on its LNG supply. Notably, Delfin’s largest single customer, with a commitment to
purchase 1.0 MTPA of LNG for a 15-year term, is Centrica LNG Company Limited
(“Centrica”), whose parent company is the largest energy supplier in the United Kingdom
(“U.K.”) and the owner of British Gas, Scottish Gas, and Bord Gáis. Centrica needs the LNG it
has contracted to purchase from Delfin for the U.K.’s energy security and as a transition fuel as
the country’s moves toward net zero greenhouse Gas (“GHG”) emissions.

And to further comment from the same report: Both issues are being taken care of as we speak, thanks to the current administration.
Before Delfin may absolutely commit to unconditional construction under the EPCI
Agreement, finalize its financing arrangements, and reach FID on its first FLNGV, however, it
needs to solidify the status of its long-standing regulatory approvals. Delfin has acquired and
maintained the regulatory authorizations needed for its project, but two key final steps remain.
First, Delfin needs MARAD to issue its final license under the DWPA. As detailed below,
Delfin has been working with MARAD to that end for over two years7 and expected to receive
the license in 2023; it still expects to receive the final DWPA license soon and will notify
DOE/FECM of the issuance when it occurs. Second, Delfin needs DOE/FECM to grant the
conditional extension of time for commencement of LNG exports requested here.

You think the contracts are the missing ingredient for the merger? Maybe you are implying in order to reach the FID, they have to have the missing ingredient (Such as Contracts)?

Podcast: Fueling the Future: LNG, Energy Policy, and Global Impact with Steve Reese.

https://theenergynewsbeat.substack.com/p/fueling-the-future-lng-energy-policy

Steve's credentials: https://www.linkedin.com/in/steve-reese-185a86/

Delfin mention:

Steve Reese [00:07:13] You know, the gas business, this is my 44th year. The one thing I have learned is price isn't always necessarily the top component of the mix delivery, quality and security of supply. A lot of times, no pun intended, trumps even price.

Stuart Turley [00:07:32] I'll take the pun.

Steve Reese [00:07:33] Because of what's happened, you know, in the past. So we're excited about that. And yes, we we've had discussions with Toby Rice. We may be moving some of his gas under those contracts. Nine have had two discussions with Harold here and discussions with expand to former Chesapeake and Southwestern. So we're going to try to have the heavy hitters on this side and also direct to all the end users over there. Really, due to my partner's relationships in Western Europe.

Stuart Turley [00:08:06] This is an a phenomenal update. Steve This is fantastic. It really does.

Steve Reese [00:08:13] We're really excited. And, you know, of course my team will be involved on on the supply side over here and we're working already with, with, with Tony's guys on, on moving some of his gas into our first contracts. And we're hoping to be up and running and actually moving molecules by 2027. As you can imagine, these are long deals and we're we're involved. We were going to usurp Biden regardless in that we're going to use floating LNG liquefaction facilities of relevance. And so we're involved with Delfin in one of the boats being built in South Korea right now. So we're really excited on on that front. And I think regardless of who's in office over here, we're seeing the Europeans say we want to secure, you know, robust natural gas supply for our power because it's almost devastated the German economy.

Stuart Turley [00:09:09] You know, the floating liquefaction and gasification facilities are amazing. Yeah. And and and what this kind of discussion needs to get to Chris Wright and President Trump because like we were talking about Hawaii, why is Hawaii are heaven on earth using 60% of their electrical generation is from fuel oil, which is the worst kind of, you know, pollutant out? It's worse than coal. I wouldn't it makes sense. Like Vietnam just dropped in a big ass vacation to electrical plant. I mean, it's straight from LNG to the plant and it off it goes.

Who knows who it is and how much if they have any left, maybe skimmed their position. All I know, this is definitely not the time to bid whack, I have no issue selling on the way up, but bid whacking 25,000 shares, this merger is more and more a possibility with this new admin in place, essentially leaving 250,000 dollars on the table for about 8,000 dollars, not a smart move. Starting next week, the only place I want to be in is TGLO, market is going to be dump frenzy all next week because of the tariffs.
