SNPW sent a proposal to the Town of West Warwick Town council for an approval of a waste to energy plant at a specific industrial zone location.

The Town of West Warwick Town council then held a pubic meetings to see if any of the local citizens from West Warwick and its nearby neighbor East Greenwich had any objections to the project and its location. According to the Town of West Warwick Town council. own words (see You Tube recording) there was NO OPPOSITION TO THE PROJECT OR ITS LOCATION, and with that the council GAVE THEIR APPROVAL for SNPW to move forward with the project.

SNPW worked with The Town of West Warwick planning board and the RI-DEM for over 2 years to finally receive a letter of "intent to approve" the project at the location selected.

In the end the project did fail and was denied, but SNPW failure and lost of Billion shares,, deficits and liabilities were the result of failures by inept politicians not the company.

For with out the first public hearing where the Town Of West Warwick Town Council believing they did enough to determine they had public approval for the project and its location and giving the green light for SNPW to move forward there would have been NO Billion shares,, deficits and liabilities related to the project..

But alas for the shareholder at the time there would have been no run from 0.002 to 34.9 cents either.

Nobody has ever argued that to date SNPW has sold a single solar panel, NOBODY!

That does not change the fact that the partnership with GEP not only still exist but has been expanded and the POTENTIAL for SNPW to enter into the solar panel market still exist and they if they do enter the solar panel market they will not be doing it alone.

No matter what happens with the tariffs in China and Vietnam it doesn't change the fact that GEP has money and wants to expand in to US and Australia and they chose SNPW to help them.

Thus giving SNPW a CHANCE to be successful.
