      I got 3 for 1. That was sweet. Very unexpected. I didn't even know they had a message board on IHUB. I was expecting them to trade on the secondary platform again. They didn't sound like they were ready to go public yet.

      Yes, Femto! I have been studying, what is now Netcapital, NCPL, for some time now. It is a core holding of mine and am pleased with all that I learn and with all that they are doing. A pink with a P/E and such a low one, is a rare find.

      I agree. It was something different but similar to IPO. Were your shares at their funding run converted to STGC?

      It was an IPO done through a funding website. Kind of weird. I think it was called FUNDR? There were 8000 investors in total and it was a $500 minimum investment. They kind of did a raise for the IPO the same way companies raise on their platform. But obviously it’s not called an IPO it would be called an S1 but very similar in the structuring of investing for this case.

      I do not think there was an IPO. It went public by S-1. Same as PLTR. All shares outstanding are private placement.

      Changes to the SEC exempt offering framework will benefitEquity Crowdfunding and investors! For Equity Crowdfunding offerings, the limit has been raised to $5 million!
