Well at least you adjusted the Q3 remark!
lets consider that a trend in the right direction.

Continue to count down, -200 trading days - until two liquidity events to happen, or NOT. Just posting facts.
See what happens this week or next or next... Perhaps we'll see a liquidity event in the next 3-5 weeks as was stated on this board. That will put us to the end of MAY (in only -226 days). It's now JANUARY OF 2025 folks, and NO NEW factual concrete progress has been made. Same ole same ole. Nothing SOON will happen here.
We did get a useless pod cast from Ken, basically saying to wait until 2026 to see results of company. Whatever happened to Todd Markey? Will we get that big news that some say here? Only news here is that 2024 Q3 report did NOTHING for stock price.

Remember, Ken stated in the last podcast episode 7, they will happen before 2024 Q1 is over. We are NOW IN THE 1st quarter 2025, waiting on 2026.
Just an fyi, liquidity events didn't happen.
I'd say we all give it another day, week, month, year, oh wait I digress...

Small cap and nano cap have been beaten down for the past 3 years. No liquidity. Markets are slowly changing and with the new administration liquidity should come back into these stocks.

Reasons I am bullish on Wdlf.

1- Ken Tapp-

-He is a member of Mensa. Top 2% IQ of the general population.
- His track record with start ups and realtor.com
- His network. He is well connected surrounded with people with influence and money.

2. Tokenization

- 2025 tokenization and Dapps will have mass adoptions
- With over $50 billion in RWAs already on-chain, 2025 is predicted to reach at least $500 billion
- Wdlf has pivoted there business model to tokenize companies ready to go public. They have the tools and are compliant with the SEC. Regulations should change to benefit Wdlf in the first 100 days after Trumps inauguration.

3. Business model

The TBI is a system in which the company can continue add new companies, licenses, and revenue to exponentially grow the books for years to come.

4. Charts

The charts are showing a channel
trading in .0003-.0005 for months building a launch pad for launch. A reversal is coming and it will only take one PR to start a bullish trend. Jan 21st of 2021 is when the stock ran to .04. Watch out around that time frame because history doesn’t repeat but it often rhymes.

Not to mention:
-Liquidity event of Like RE
-Liquidity event of Outdoorsmen
-Possible government contracts
-Tokenization of 100+ cannabis companies that should go public in Texas Stock exchange.
- Possible lawsuit win and buyback
- Future companies in the TBI- Quantum computing, Space.

I’ve done my research and I couldn’t be more excited to be here invested in the company. Once regulations hit the crypto market, we will see what’s behind the curtain and the share price will start reflecting.

Verification that Ken owns the majority of shares and 57.5% of shareholder votes.
No outstanding promissory notes.
Total operating expense is down 20k
The announcement of the shares issued to WDLF amounting to 15% stake in LikeRE and Outdoorsmen
(no longer intent but follow through)

And also this statement from page 24
"The 15% common stock payment is non-dilutive prior to a liquidity event described above. Our CEO,
Ken Tapp, owns less than 4.99% of the outstanding common stock in each of the Company’s licensees."
indicating a liquidity event is due.

Farm11234: I tend to agree with you. Ken may have some connections with someone in the coming administration. I read a post of Ken congratulating Pam Bondi and Matt Whitaker in their new positions with a pic of them and him in the background.

which we haven't seen for quite a while - with Volume paused at 15.78+ mil !!!

Anyone that writes policy for the Sec Defense, and sets on no nonsense boards, doesn’t need to prove himself to people that are not honest brokers here. Again, they have an agenda (profit) and have shallow backgrounds in comparison. Thanks for the contributions here.

I think that some folks here, just haven't been keeping up with the ongoing growth that both,
Outdoorsmen & LikeRE have been making through Mergers, Partnerships
and Acquisitions over the past few years, and recent months.

Lakota, that link to Outdoorsmen is impressive. It takes extreme purpose (profit) to assign contempt and to publically downplay the company. Outside focused purpose (profit) the same names that spend their lives condemning stocks show their real interest (profit) in day to day public concern over why others like these stock. They are there totally for our amusement, as we understand their true concern (profit) over our interests and discussions in a stock. Thanks for the updates on Outdoorsmen. I will take a look into the info you shared!
