Nothing whatsoever to do w any speculative listing on the JSE, which was just an expression of false hope in the absence of any transparency for some of us regarding strategies, attempts, progress, setbacks in removing the CE. 🥸🚑🤪🐰☕

Such things are structurally doable IMO. When a subsidiary of a public (or private) co goes public (on any exchange) it's called a spin-out or carve out. It's basically an IPO.

That's best. We want public co TXTM as the owner. IMO as a subsidiary, even with a CE on TXTM, RSAMMDA could possibly become a seperately publicly trading co on an exchange such as JSE but I don't know I would have to DD that on google.

All of these relationships are intentionally vague by design, allowing maximum wiggle-room for Dr J/ Dylon. These situations are never intended to be in the shareholder's interest. All TXTM owns is the privilege of an occasional handout when They feel like it.

In comments by DrH in the June 2022 CC (avail on YouTube) a couple of weeks AFTER the acquisition of TXTM PR, she basically said RSA had yet to acquire Protext's IP. She said RSA "plans" to purchase Protext's extraction process (but also explained why they need its longer bioavailability to treat chronic pain, at the same time.) DuPlooy had already tweeted that RSA did a build out of our IP long before that point. I guess I'm asking if weve really merged yet. IMO.

Bottom Line: The OTCM does not like TXTM, and for good reason. They will continue to keep Dr. J/Dylon running around in circles mired in paperwork/legalese trying to get the CE lifted for some time to come until TXTM gives up and tries to jump to another exchange.

FINRA doesn't like it when issuer do not fill their reports BEFORE submitting a Form 15-12G to de-register from the SEC

I hear, many times, that the issuer either need to fill such delinquent fillings or become SEC reporting again and undergo a full SEC review of Form 10-12G or S-1

Attorney Letter aren't required for non-SEC reporting that want to get their CE removed.

They aren't really equivalent, per say, it is just different requirements for different type of issuers

I would guess that a co with CE, mentioning said CE in filings, might be atypical, myself, but I don't know. How long did the co that mentioned CE in a filing take to loose the CE?

I haven't read the case file you found about a co's journey back to trading from CE and prob won't. If I had a printer and could make a paper copy I prob would print it out and read it.

Actually not interesting at all IMO. Just a minor notation and decision by a few companies in a very large pool of companies that had CE removed with no public mention, or filing addressing or requesting removal. That fact alone shows it's not mandatory or the only method to request a removal.Far more have done so without it.

Sorry to distort your perceptions on the audit(s). I was trying to shrink that discussion down, perhaps sloppily..What do you think the alternative to cementing the authority of the audit might be? Sounds like an entirely different path may possible on your view.
I recommend doing some DD on the companies that participated in the opioid replacement trial along with DrH and DrJ.
