Yes, I noticed that as a family trait from your grandmother, mother, wife, daughters, and grand- daughters, all of whom apparently exhibit this issue, partly from you and your advice to “invest” in this Expert Market, no product share selling scam which you promoted to everyone that paid attention to you.

Myself on the other hand, warned PMPG “investors” that there was no product and the product they proposed could not yet exist with today’s battery technology, today’s photocell technology, and the ever persistent issue of antenna polarization mismatch causing a loss of 25 dB

The Borgers auditing firm was literally executed in one day with a settlement agreement and bared from the business forever, in May this year by the SEC, for cutting corners on their audits, and at the time was only auditing 27 OTC stocks, but Borgers was also a well respected Nasdaq & NYSE Public company auditor for something like 500 other tickers.

So Terry lost whatever he spent using Borgers and might one day recover it from any professional liability Insurance they had.
So that means starting over, fresh with a new auditor, like so many others scrambling to replace Borgers.

BF Borgers is who PMPG was using as its accounting firms. If Terry Stein was even close to getting this current, looks like that’s out the window considering the CPA they are using is being charged by the SEC and has basically collapsed.

Although I doubt it…anyone hear anything regarding BF Borgers and PMPG? What a shit show…oh well

Hopefully something happens before Stein lets these shares get revoked. Have no idea how close we are to that, but just had shares in LFER recently revoked for not being compliant.

If you're holding any, that's the only thing you can hope for. Someone resurrects the 'shell' for something else, such as a reverse merger, etc. I just stopped in to say hello.

PMPG , no product, no photocell of the correct needed dimensions, no battery of the needed capacity and compact dimensions, no wireless transceiver of the compact dimensions needed, and that damn antenna polarization mismatch.

It's only been two months and why go through the process of updating us if there was no future or hope.

Also, his letter states he spent endless monies, again, why do that to do an el foldo. As he stated in the letter, get the 2021,2022 & 2023 information filed and at least get this back to trading. No one benefits with this sitting on the expert market including Stein. What happens after that, is anyone's guess but as long as we are trading it won't matter what direction the company takes.

I thought so too, the update from stein came out of nowhere and was actually released to the shareholders, maybe there some hope still.

I was in this one LONG before I knew who Mike was so he has no impact on my decision(s). I made my own bed with this and it looks like that unless Terry(Hi Terry as I know you read this) can find a buyer this may turn into a CUSIP # soon. I quit talking to Terry several months ago as it seemed like a moot point, maybe one of the others that have been in touch with him has a different opinion.

Of course it’s dead. Exactly as I have told you for years, exactly as I had predicted. EgoMike led you guys off a cliff.

The PMPG that was isn’t anymore. It never had a real viable product that could operate as claimed. As I have pointed out many times, the battery required would be too large, the photocell too large, and the antenna polarization mismatch (vertical vs horizontal) eats up too much power and could not overcome regulatory issues on max transmitted power, if it ever got to that point.

However, I am a firm believer that one day this will be a reality as photocells get more efficient and battery storage gets smaller.

It just won’t be with PMPG…

Just checking in to see who is still hanging on here. This thing looks done, in complete darkness, just like the eclipse here on the east coast of Canada. But just maybe the sun will shine on us again soon.

Main difference is that company seemingly has a viable business , possibly capable of producing revenue.
We on the other hand have an idea (Dream) and Patents that may or may not have value.
We are stuck in quicksand waiting for a large bag of money to drop from the sky and Lassie to bring help.
Very frustrating to be waiting 2+ years for something to happen.

IMO- All valid points have been brought up but we have been waiting quite a long time and finally appears we have some resolution in play. Audits have been worked on and they have likely figured something out to account for the prior failure in share issuance- of a management no longer in place. Same as the illegal shares stolen that they worked with SEC on. Terry mentioned he won the right for all things to be reverted back to him. I presume we waited all this time for the auditors to address those concerns in order to produce filings. Those filings would reveal how this was all addressed. No reason for Terry to come public again if there wasn't audit activity. The stock hasn't trading in so long it would only make sense for him to come to market with that update- when they actually were close to being ready. IMO

Filing an 8K and releasing through Edgar has a cost. Terry doesn’t need to do that while we are on the EM.

A couple points that were brought to my attention:

1. I know myself and a few others have been encouraging Terry to say something so this is appreciated, however, should this have been issued through Edgar as required by the SEC?
2, Is the news that PMPG is working with 2 exciting companies material news worthy of an 8K and if so who are these companies? Perhaps he did not issue through Edgar so he did not have to name the companies.

I am like most here and I want PMPG to come back to life and want it to have a viable product that can result in positive financials. However, its been a LONG time of nothing and if Terry really had something I think we would have known by now.
