Scam from day one?

Usually when Companies buy a shell. that is what they do. Why would Medium keep Metal Arts Company name~?
Makes no sense. Also, symbol change to something more in line with Medium.
What also makes no sense is why they bought this shell to begin with.

My intuition tells me that Medium fell flat on its face when Crypto took a nosedive in 2023.

Something just doesn't make sense or add up as to why Medium fell off a cliff.

Don't know. Red flags should have gone up on this the moment they made excuses for not changing the ticker symbol and Company name. It does not take years for legitimate Companies to do this.

I think that is exactly what happened. This Company put all of its eggs on KOK which is now DOA. Major
blunder IMO. They were so confident in their processor being the fastest they didn't think bitcoin would be taking hits during 2023, then it happened.
Just speculation...... but it does seem evident MTRT isn't going anywhere. Name change should have happened long ago.

I'm beginning to think that the KOK plaything may have messed everything up for this company.
