They need more investors. On their last OTCQB filing they had only 69 shareholders. Unfortunately they sold off two major divisions for over $10 million each and did not buy back any shares. They should have bought back at the very least 20% or 40 million shares. Munro has been selling off his shares and we have no idea when he will be done. It is just hard to tell.

this sucks. how can a company who puts out such great news about their cyber security etc let their stock fall to such ungodly levels? HWNI

You have to admit HWNI is moving backward, not forward. Hopes and dreams will not propel the SP upwards.
Just because someone posts facts of why the SP has been declining does not mean they want to sell at a loss.
As the float and outstanding shares count increases, it will be much harder for this to ever reach $0.15 again.

Well then tell me your SP target. Why is this suddenly going to be doing better. If they get 20% growth that will add $1.6 million in revs per year. Shark Tank guests do better than that. Cybersecurity is an insanely competitive field. They have had almost zero growth in 3 years. Mark can't get the job done. Tell me why they are going to see exponential growth....which is what they need to stay in business.

Judging from the 10Q, Highwire is on pace to do $8 million. It seems like after the SGSI merger when there was just 10 million shares outstanding, they started doing well with $46 million in revenues. Mark increased the share count to 240 million and sold off every division....without buying back the shares that were proportional to that division. They got $10 million from the ADEX sale, $11 million from the sale this year, and a $10 million loan from the Kizer's that cost them 100 million shares. Let's face it, the channel partner program does not work, they need a sales force. This is in a competitive market. Finally, with only $8 million in revenues no company in their right mind is going to sign a 7 figure contract with someone that small. This thing is dying a slow death having Mark "Captain Ahab" Porter at the helm is going to sink us all. Except for Ishmael that was smart enough to get out.

well about 500k of that has been eaten up. So about 233k of that block is left. The big question is....will there be another big block after that or will Munro finally be done. I think he has held this thing down for a year.

a reverse split does not cost any money. They can do a 5 to 1. I have a feeling they are somehow lining things up for an acquisition. I still don't think JP Peterson is out of the picture. Whatever his patent technology is, they obviously had to go through some legal hoops. I am assuming the reason they are going after it so aggressively is a channel partner is telling them they will get a lot more business with that piece of the puzzle. When the Kizer's did the loan, it did specifically say that for uplisting, they could do a reverse split. However, i don't think the Kizer's would allow anything too drastic.

i disagree on both counts. buyback is more likely cause theyve scaled down to the strongest part of their business. IMO

The only way they will reduce unrestricted is via a reverse split. If you are wishing for a share buyback. That will not happen.
If they truly intend to uplist to NASDAQ in the future, a reverse split will have to happen in any case.

when this finally hits .20, were shooting to .75 IMO

i get the feeling they will be reducing the unrestricted float of the OS at some point. just a gut feeling. this can still easily go above 1.00 without that though HWNI

if a buyout...i know the main investors have PPs at least .20 and higher and typically theyll settle for 5 to 10x that. So if a buyout happens, i can see
it happening between .80 and 1.50. imo

Well, they just saved about 10 million shares from converting. They are going to be bought. They have all the signs. They got rid of ADEX, now Voice, they have just one line of business with 625 channel partners. I am going to guess SentinelOne. Do you have any guesses? Obviously they just want the managed services. That is why they are selling off the other divisions. Now whoever wants to buy them is getting exactly what they want. Any guesses on the buyout price?

IMO when this finally runs, it will be much higher than .20

What's nice is this has been just one person liquidating. It all points to Mark Munro but I have noticed the O/S has remained the same during this period of high volume. There was also heavy shorting. I think you are correct, this will pop back to .10 pretty quick. It would be nice to see a couple contracts bring this up to .15. If Mark is correct that they will see the bulk of that big deal in 3rd quarter, we could see the .20's by the end of the year which would make us all feel better.

when this goes up, it will be fast IMO. trades thin and still a great company. just patience is key IMO

He was not listed on the OTCQB certification this year so hopefully he is getting toward the end. You could tell the bids know he is dumping as they are not budging on the price. It seems like they want to see how low he will go. Looks like he is running out of patience. I didn't think he would sell in the .03's. Oh well, I do not know his cost basis so maybe it is profitable. Most likely it will double almost immediately when he is out. Of course, that is still very low.

There is some chatter about Mark Munro. It looks like from the OTC statement from last year he had 8 million shares in a CRT. He is the only one that can do this kind of volume. I am assuming if all the shares can be absorbed it will bounce back. However, it would be nice if Mark could attract some new shareholders. The 625 channel partners don't seem to be selling that much. Literally 3 deals like the ones he did in February could easily push this to .20. Would have been nice if he gave us a letter to the shareholders.

That is true. It could have gone a lot lower as it seemed like the seller wanted out. However, the buyers came in and made a big statement today. .05 is the floor.
