IMO when this finally runs, it will be much higher than .20

What's nice is this has been just one person liquidating. It all points to Mark Munro but I have noticed the O/S has remained the same during this period of high volume. There was also heavy shorting. I think you are correct, this will pop back to .10 pretty quick. It would be nice to see a couple contracts bring this up to .15. If Mark is correct that they will see the bulk of that big deal in 3rd quarter, we could see the .20's by the end of the year which would make us all feel better.

when this goes up, it will be fast IMO. trades thin and still a great company. just patience is key IMO

He was not listed on the OTCQB certification this year so hopefully he is getting toward the end. You could tell the bids know he is dumping as they are not budging on the price. It seems like they want to see how low he will go. Looks like he is running out of patience. I didn't think he would sell in the .03's. Oh well, I do not know his cost basis so maybe it is profitable. Most likely it will double almost immediately when he is out. Of course, that is still very low.

There is some chatter about Mark Munro. It looks like from the OTC statement from last year he had 8 million shares in a CRT. He is the only one that can do this kind of volume. I am assuming if all the shares can be absorbed it will bounce back. However, it would be nice if Mark could attract some new shareholders. The 625 channel partners don't seem to be selling that much. Literally 3 deals like the ones he did in February could easily push this to .20. Would have been nice if he gave us a letter to the shareholders.

i bought a bit more. IMO its just a matter of being patient. I believe this will run hard at some point.

On a positive note, the Kizer's did not sell any of their shares. I am sure they would have to approve a R/S which I do not see them interested in doing. What I don't understand is he got $10 million from the Kizers, $10 million from the ADEX sale and $2 million from a forgivable PPP loan. Where is their money going?

This is pretty much a no volume stock. A RS would be a kiss 9f death

I just hope you didn't put your life savings into this one. It mentioned in the 10K that half of their revenues comes from 5 clients. The 625 channel partners commentary is BS. Their thousands of customers globally is BS. The chatter is they want to be bought. However, with the number of convertibles that issued last year, they would be lucky to get .15 per share. The only reason they would have a buyer would be to have a managed services division with some large clients. They will not win any new clients as the Due Diligence by any company would not allow it. I believe that is why Mark was thinking about doing a R/S and then get listed so the institutional investors could drive the stock up enough for them to issue much fewer shares for preferable financing. I think the shareholders that are left are planning an exit strategy.

2023...they had 342 employees. Looking at the OTCQB qualification...only one year later they now have 72 employees. 2023 they had 192 shareholders now they have 69. They did not increase revenues from last year to beat inflation. They received $10 million from the sale of ADEX, $10 Million from the Kizer's and $1.5 million from another round of convertibles they issued. Here is the million dollar question. Is Mark really that bad at his job and driving this company into the ground....or is he setting the company up for sale so he can cash in on the millions of shares he was awarded. At this rate, he could easily retire if the sale price was .20

Yea they have an operational loss of $13mil and cash flow of negative $7mil. Thats about as bad as it has gotten for HWNI . they stink

and one more thing. every time they dilute, for the next 3 weeks you ALWAYS see like a 150k to 250k lot just magically show up on the ask side. then you know their intention yet AGAIN

Oh heck no. Just look at what happened to the pps over the last 2 years! What you said could not POSSIBLY hold water! You can see that every time each and every time they dilute Is the PPS drops. Whoever's getting these shares definitely realized that nothing much is going to happen with the stock and they want to get their money as soon as possible it's obvious

one sincere question. How can you be so sure that the shares being sold, are shares that have been issued by the company. With the 10k coming soon it wouldn’t make sense for them to sell now especially at these prices. And wouldn’t it be more prudent for them to simply convert their shares and hold them in preparation to sell later at a higher price? That, of course, would make the OS count rise slowly, and PPS wouldn’t drop……The share price drop can be any retail share holders giving up simply because they see other respected, charismatic , knowledgeable shareholders speaking negative on public boards. When I come on to this board and read the things being said it makes me want to sell. I haven’t, but if others saw what’s being said on this board Why wouldn’t the average person give up and sell.

Seems like the CEO will continue to destroy this stock diluting the SS. just last year the OS was 80mil. Its 240 mil now.

my next prediction for an increase of the 240mil OS will be to 255mil. lets see soon how right i am. i know it will happen soon IMO

Well, the notes they issued in September have a conversion rate of .10. And you know how those investors are not in it to break even. The Kizer's make money if the stock is over .075. The silver lining for the Kizer dilution is I doubt that they will accept a ridiculous reverse split from Mark. The other thing to note is obviously they saw some potential to invest $10 million. Again they are not in this to break even. .25 is still a possibility this year. However, IF they did do a 5 for 1 reverse split, this would easily hit $1 and with enough business it can turn into a $5 stock from there. If they achieve $80 million in revenues, there is no reason this could not be a $250 million MC.

Well, it is not a $1.00 stock. However, I am expecting that when they release the 10K at the end of the month, they will be profitable. We know of the big win in February along with the big renewal in March so Q 1 is going to look good as well.
