We waited a whole year and nothing. Even the fins can't get the stock over a penny. I guess we see everyone next December 31st for another great update.

Unfortunately it takes management over a year to update.

Took a couple months for Markets to update it for whatever reason

AS got cut in half. Was 800M before now 400M

Damn forgot to ask him what year. 2024 or 2025. PROBABLY want matter.

Talked to David. Said trying to have an update around 30th of Dec. Didn't seem to upbeat or excited. Par for course.

However the Shell thing must’ve been a glitch. The badge is back, and also SPZI which came off yesterday is back on theirs too. 🤷🏽

Filling and enacting are two separate events.

The shell remained until today. He filed a few of those over the years and they never removed the designation… until today.

And I think those two cashed out this past quarter or before. They moved 20M into DTC around May I believe.

I hope the filing gets filed soon. I am interested to see if it was their shares.

Anytime they reduce the AS it is a good thing IMO. It results in less shares available to move to the OS.

I want to see the filings but I am hoping two guys he had listed as shareholders (each held 10M) sold their shares resulting in him being able to reduce the AS by 50% and still retain control.

Miroslav and Zoran were both issued restricted common stock for thier services to help "The Company" become Pink Current in
2021, these shares remain restricted. Brandon was issued restricted common stock to resolve an agreement between Brandon and
Miroslav, these shares remain restricted. Neither of these individuals have any authority or control in "The Company" and our
business with all parties has concluded. Esau Delke was issued restricted common stock for employee compensation and further
incentive to increase business performance. Esau Delke will receive another 45 million restricted common stock if and only when the
stock price trades at or above $0.20 intraday. All of Esau Delke's common stock (145 million shares), currently 58% of all common
stock will remain restricted unless the stock price trades at or above $1.00 intraday. If this condition is not met within 9 years of this
filling (3/15/2023), all of Esau Delke's common stock will be returned to treasury. This concludes any issuance of common stock

In their filings it is stated that no RS in 9 years, his 145M shares are not for sale until $1, and at 20 cents he is awarded additional shares. If no price targets are reached in 9 years, his 145M shares get returned to treasury
