No reverse merger in sight. Filings will take longer than 2 weeks. Even if there was a plan you'd expect a reverse split to take the shares under 100M so something like 100:1

Haha! Actually not. I have worked in private equity and have done SPACs and R/M's. R/M's are the fastest path, followed by SPAC, then IPO. In order of timing and costs. Sorry dude, I also that is a personal attack.

You're delusional. You have no idea how a reverse merger works. Even if funr had a company lined up the timing would take months longer. Then you'd be looking at something around a 100:1 reverse split minimum to get under 100M shares

I'll send him and email and see if he respondss on that. For now we await a PR before July 1st (I expect it to be who is the r/m ie LOI), then PR on July 1st. (I expect that to be in timing with 8k). That lines up with the language in last pr on ie end of quarter as a clean break as they mention. :) Let's see!

For now until it goes .0003 or .0004 as .00038 is 78.6% fib. Not a guarantee it goes there but down seems to be the direction that creates volume still.
