Any updates on getting this pink current?

The transition to providing construction services was the last I heard about this as well.

I haven't been able to work much on it. Just got out of the hospital short stay suffering from long lingering effects of congestive heart failure. I am feeling well today so I will pick up on it some more. I think the key is with the EVIO company that is within the Blue Shield umbrella.

I saw you were doing the research on this and was wondering how far you got in figuring out when this company will get their act together. Last thing I heard was William was busy rebuilding Florida after that big hurricane from 2 years ago. Said he ran a construction company and had work lined up for months. Big money was coming in. After that he stopped filing paper work and ended up where it is now. It's a Loto play for me. Bought the .0001 and just waiting.

I just tried calling, twice. Both times I am told the call can not be completed as dialed. I think that is the exact message.

Unfortunately. I am still waiting for the response from EVIO attorney under a new ownership.

Will see but do not expect to. I had 58M shares in LAHO, it had been delisted, supposed misconduct by another stock. Ended up with $92,000. Never know. Another, IFF was delisted, came back to life, was able to sell my shares for a nice profit. It then disappeared again minus my shares.
If the answer comes back to the effect that we have nothing so be it.
I thought you bought shares here and there. Why?

No, I did not mention any such thing. I believe that Jason bought shares every so often. I hold 180M shares from a number of years ago but have not nor will I get more.

I just mailed the letter yesterday so it will take a week or so before I get a response. Sure hope the answer is that we do have ownership in the new EVIO. I never heard of two companies having the same ticker OR maybe the new EVIO is not registered with the SEC?

Looks like Blue Cross already bought it. Don't know when.

I am writing for information on EVIO. I first bought shares in EVIO when it was Signal Bay engaged in marijuana harvesting and testing laboratory. Then told investors that it was moving to Florida and engage in the construction business. I have not heard from EVIO in since then.
I am curious because I hold 180 million shares in EVIO and having accidentally seen “EVIO” in a search for the company. To me it is very unusual to see a company in a recycled name.
To the point. Is the current EVIO now the same as when it moved to Florida? Do we have any ownership rights in the new company?

Looking Back: I came into EVIO when it was Signal Bay in MJ, then changed to EVIO construction in Florida. Have no idea what it is doing now or if it is just a door stop in someone's house. Do not even know if it is registered with the Florida Secretary of State.

For all on this Board. I am hoping someone will buy the shell since EVIO has not been delisted by SEC and that the new owner will carry over some of the shares for every EVIO investor.

You should buy this company and announce an AI project just mention Nvidia & power grid it will sky-rocket. LOL And did you say: "bought 30 Mil More"? Seriously???

Someone is buying / selling. The volume so far is 76,666. Please let us know whose selling / buying, and where do you think we are headed other than the purgatory (?) for eternity. I sure wish there would be a way investors could take a lead to get EVIO shell bought out for future development.

The share price keeps flickering between 5 and 6 zeros. It must be death spasms?

Most of the investors in EVIO from now, long ago are here because we do not have a choice (or do we?). An investor posted a while ago that he couldn't give his shares away but if you have to give them away just keep them. Maybe some day it will be picked up as a shell company. I know it has traded in years or at least 5. I used a write off in 2022 Tax Return to off set part of a $50K a previous gain. Of course I would love to see the shell bought out.

I seriously doubt that but who knows; the SEC hasn't suspended the ticker. Heck, I forgot to check if they are making financial reports. Will do.

I wrote my shares off on my 2022 Tax Return. IRS did not question though the return was documented. My loss on that was $18,083.41. Though my account shows a nominal $180 market value. I gave up trying to sell the shares.........180,000,000.

Still hold the 180M shares. The SEC apparently had not revoke EVIO's registration. Does that me something or ONLY that they have not gone around to doing it. Another of my past stocks still on my account is listed as SEC revoked........

If it is not dead it is in a deep deep comma. I keep hoping that it is not. I took up 180M shares just after it announced the move into construction with headquarters to Florida. I thought that with hurricanes and normal upkeep construction would be a money maker. Obviously, it was bad bad bad........................................ I wrote off my $18,840 bucks.
