Our X account was suspended for this reason

Violating our rules against inauthentic accounts.



Today we were notified by Twitter/X that our account was suspended. We have reached out to X to determine the cause, and get the account reinstated.



Coin Citadel had not posted anything on X at all that would lead to this suspension



Our initial belief is that it comes from the same bad actors, probably reporting us to X, who are driving our stock price down to (0.000001), or $0, despite real money trades at the asking price (0.0001-0.0003).



We have also reached out to Finra to see if we can prevent this or to determine who is responsible.



Lastly, our CPA Chase Bush Associates are negligent in completing our financial reports in a timely manner. Chase refuses to respond to emails and phone calls. The account is paid in full so that is not the issue. BUSH & ASSOCIATES CPA Henderson, NV 89014. Email: Inquiry @D2

Removal of CE



A Form 211 was completed in fall of 2022, but not filed as of yet with a Market Maker as of 2025.

Even thought OTC regulations state the review is supposedly free, Coin Citadel has yet to find a MM willing to review it, and or, that doesn't charge an additional advisory fees upwards of $20K for said review.



Please reach out to Coin Citadel if someone can recommend or knows a MM that is willing to process a Form 211.

Once reviewed and forwarded to Finra, Coin Citadel stock might eventually trade again.

It is obvious someone is messing up with CCTL, bid @0.0001 ask @0.0003 yet it is trading @$0. day in and day out, could it be someone who is powerful enough to block the company getting it form 211 completed and may be you might ask even interfering with CPA?. It's the poor investor who is getting crushed, yet Finra is doing nothing about it. It has been years since we got in this mess.

1) It seems from George Sharp's twits and history that he has a personal vendetta against Coin Citadel and that may have influenced decisions against the company.

2) Coin Citadel has purchased millions of dollars worth of equipment in order to increase their production of cryptocurrencies.
This purchase was confirmed by the chairman of 2CRSI. The equipment has arrived and is being setup.

3} Bitcoin has reached $60,000. I feel CCTL is greatly undervalued and investors have a great opportunity to buy shares at a relatively cheap price.

CCTL didn't purchase Millions of Dollars in mining equipment. Just as I told everyone at the time it was announced. And I was right once again about the CCTL scam.

Even Sharp wouldn't touch the CCTL disaster and now Sharp is pumping 4 scams and all 4 of them are down around 90%.

I did retire at 35 because of two companies I co-founded and one was listed on Nasdaq. But the Governor of West Virginia (now) made an offer to take the company private and I cashed out and I am now domiciled in Mexico but take frequent trips to Vegas.

But my hobby is exposing OTC scams like CCTL.

Even Sharp turned down CCTL because it had too much baggage and too many red flags.
