The proof is in the financials for one. Clive isn't listed as a 5% owner. Unless you're saying they lied on the financials? Great possibility of that. It's also illegal to keep shares under separate holdings to stay below 5%. IR has also confirmed that Clive sells his shares as he gets them. Are you also saying that IR is lying? There is absolutely no legal way to do it without it being disclosed.

Unlikely since 3.1 billion of the 3.4 billion outstanding shares are on deposit with the DTC. This means they are freely tradable by brokers and not in certificate form.

Exactly Don,I made money on the first pump and dump. Since then they have added billions of shares at .0004 to pay off a pitiful 700k loan when they supposedly sold the Guerrero mine for 60 million and 30 million in gold! If that doesn't raise your doubts on the company I guess your a sucker that they love to have on board! Then Torres and the other useless amigos supposedly invested 2.8 million in shares that the company had a news release about using the money for future projects, when they supposedly had 60 million in cash, another red flag! I was dumb enough to gamble on a 100k shares and now realize that money is gone and hang on in the hopes of one more pump and dump! Can't imagine what the dumb asses that have bought millions of shares averaging down are going to do with the pitiful trading volume and try to sell them. Almost feel like a farmer owning these shares hoping for next year that the crop might be better!
