lol, scam! They're all scams in the OTC market. All at some point are going to pump an dump while diluting shares on you. You just have to play them before they play you. I'm in this play so low I can afford to play it for a while to see how it goes. At some point they'll slow the dilution some and let it run a bit and i'll exit this play. They're not doing a very good job of bringing in new supply though. They let it run a couple ticks then they start unloading shares.
