Webster’s principal asset as of December 31, 2011, was Webster Bank, National Association (Webster Bank). Webster provides business and consumer banking, mortgage lending, financial planning, trust and investment services through 168 banking offices, 473 automated teller machines (ATMs), telephone banking, mobile banking and its Internet Website www.websterbank.com. Webster’s operations are managed along four business segments: Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, Consumer Finance and Other.
