Not sure...all I know and have seen on numerous occasions of stocks such as LGMK will run hard prior to calling a delist...and I also know that there was supposed to be a hearing Tuesday April 29th, 2025...if LGMK lost in the hearing they could pull the rug at any time and call for a delist.
