Perini Building Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Perini Corporation (NYSE: PCR), reached a major construction milestone at the topping off celebration of Tower I at the Trump International Hotel & Towers Las Vegas. Donald J. Trump attended the celebration and watched as construction crews hoisted an American flag to the top of the tower to mark the occasion. The signature 24-carat gold tinted glass tower is 645 feet, making it the tallest residential building in Nevada. Construction on Tower I began in November 2005 with a massive 4,300 cubic-yard concrete pour for the building�s foundation. Upon completion of the tower�s 36,000 square-foot recreational deck in March 2006, Perini constructed one floor approximately every six days. An average of 800 construction workers have been on-site since then, with the jobsite open 24 hours per day. Construction will now focus on the structure�s interior. Tower I is scheduled for completion in early 2008. Tower I will feature a professionally managed spa and salon, a business center with meeting facilities, and a heated outdoor pool with a spacious sundeck and bar. All guests and residents of Trump Las Vegas will have access to 24-hour concierge and security services, white-gloved doormen, valet parking services, and the finest in gourmet and casual dining. Donald Trump and Phil G. Ruffin are joint venture partners on the condominium hotel project. �This is a great project for Perini.
