CBS Corp. (CBS, CBSA) is in a group of four to six bidders who have entered the second round of bidding for Dick Clark Productions, Reuters reported late Friday, citing two sources.

Private equity firm Colony Capital, which owns film studio Miramax, private equity firm Guggenheim Partners, and Core Media Group, which holds the rights to the Elvis Presley brand and produces "American Idol" are among the other bidders, Reuters said, with The Raine Group overseeing the process.
