I'm with you on mid to late August but I've been wrong on timing before, only thing that matters is the company is making huge strides, and the share price will reflect that sooner than later!!!

I don't know of other companies that routinely announce when they're on or off clock. At NWBO they've never said anything officially, but in a conversation a poster had someone admitted being in a clock stoppage. I don't think he was supposed to do it, but that's water under the bridge.
