To me, the huge warning was not Bonnie’s departure but Raouf’s retirement. But actually there was even an earlier one, when he sold a significant chunk of his shares at around 2.40 4 years ago. The SP started rolling down from that point.

CEO hasn't sold any shares because he can't sell any. They are restricted. Even if unrestricted as CEO he can barely sell any quarterly regardless.
