James Walker Named President/CEO of Alara(TM), Inc. FREMONT, Calif., Jan. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Alara, Incorporated, a manufacturer of medical, dental and non-destructive testing filmless x-ray imaging systems, announces the appointment of James M. Walker as President and Chief Executive officer. Mr. Walker replaces Charles W. Cantoni, who has retired from the company. Mr. Walker, previously Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alara, has been associated with the company for the past ten years.
