Because of the circumstances of the 48 week 2b/3 trial, any ADL changes were not measurable, but we are about to get the OLE results in less than two weeks. We should get the information you are looking for in those results.

The HBV program ? Well, a hit and a miss. The miss never made it out of phase 1- discontinued quickly and cheaply. Their antiviral got a 4 log drop but is still lacking (in theory) one more antiviral to combine. I've almost stopped following HBV, but it seems to be a tough nut to crack- not an error

Has there been any evidence functional improvement via ADL measurement over time? I have been under the impression the best we could hope for was steady state or slowing of decline? Thanks , have always enjoyed your candid and honest opinion
