Director/PDMR Shareholding
Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, has
been notified that on 24 January 2023, Henry Spain Investment
Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas
Spain, Non-Executive Director and Interim Chairman of the Company,
sold and repurchased 48,268 shares of 10p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at GBP0.3275 per Ordinary Share and, on 25
January 2023, sold and repurchased 8,398 Ordinary Shares at
GBP0.325 per Ordinary Share, due to adjustments in individual
client portfolios.
Following the sale and purchases, Henry Spain Investment
Services Limited has a resulting unchanged notifiable interest in
28,811,478 Ordinary Shares.
