Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, announces that it was notified that on 22 March 2022, Richard Thomson, Senior Independent Director, purchased 7,678 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 64.8p per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Thomson is interested in an aggregate of 50,257 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
