Completion of Debt Refinancing

Staffline, the recruitment and training group, is pleased to confirm that following receipt of the proceeds of the Fundraise, the Debt Refinancing has completed. The new GBP90m receivables finance facility, plus GBP15m accordion option is being provided by RBS Invoice Finance Limited, ABN AMRO Asset Based Finance N.V., UK Branch and Leumi ABL Limited.
