Competition is high among API manufacturers in the US. Costs are also high for the APIs they produce.

Johnson Matthey was an example of an API manufacturer that couldn't make it in the US.

Very few if any cancer trials also have a decade long Specials program to observe.  LP, CDF, MHRA, NICE have wasted an incredible amount of time, assuming L shows actual efficacy.  That's why I think there really is no actual efffacy.  Makes no sense otherwise.   

Ok, but I sure didn't see you posting about underperforming the market when it was down 15-20% and the markets were green or just slightly in the red. Those are the facts too.
