Sold Rokin for $800,000 in profit, wow only diluted over 700m shares to get there destroying shareholders along the way. Still have 2m in debt and no viable assets while the stock has plummeted over 99% from when Matt was still with the company. This thing is cooked thanks to the turnaround specialist!

I say we all sell this stupid stock and tank it obviously Joe has no interest in stockholders as I have messaged both him and Devon and Devon‘s response was message. Joe and Joe never even responded back to me because he’s apparently too busy doing his salsa classes and selling Rokin and pocketing the money.

He is a con artist and swindling fool. This stock had plenty of opportunities to make substantial money, but he chose to squander it.

I’m all for you guys making money? lol say it like you control it. 🙄🙄 here’s the deal, volume and accumulation is a thing and presents itself in different indicators. This is nothing new. Typically when you see volume come into a company that’s a big tell where price action is going….. I don’t disagree, there is dilution, i’ve been conned before, but I am a Joe Schmoe I promise you that I’m not a pumper, and I am not trying to blow up a stock. It would be nice to have more attention to the company and definitely would be nice to have more news here but I don’t think that this is a con really think that time will tell. Maybe I’m wrong?

You are trying to use technicals on a sub penny that is being heavily diluted, give me a break. I'm all for you guys making money, but the only hope here is a pump. Please stop trying to make this look like a good buy so you can unload and trap others.

What a shock, now that they have been diluting the little weasel doesn't respond. Oh that's right their investment partners are the ones selling 650m shares and counting. I mean it's not like the CEO who's been in charge for over a decade could actually generate revenue instead of entering into a toxic share sale agreement, but this is how a real company is run. If you look at the weekly on LVGI and you compare it to the weekly chart on KATX or STAL right before those last two popped, you can kind of see some similarities in terms of the volume and the chart I think that is kind of what I’m aiming for here with this play.

Excuse me, I am not! I said it's been awhile and it has, probably a couple years, but I have absolutely chatted with them. Heck there's even a Facebook page they used to speak to people all the time on. Last I saw on three DD advised day trading it awhile back so there you have it, even he doesn't think this is a good long term investment. They weren't difficult to get in contact with before they did the R/S because they were looking for investors who would give them money, but now they don't need that so you don't hear much from them. Did you just see the float went up 10% again. After the R/S there were 13 million shares in the float, look at it now. It's a dilution machine!
