The higher the PPS, the less dilution if ever needed. Management stated this in one of the calls.

I was simply guessing how much buy vol it looks to take to move it a penny. Nothing extremely mathematical and certainly could wildly vary depending on the news

w/o FOMO, forward PE multiples, or unbridled hype...

BTW, I like your MC calculus better than the shrinking 52 day count thesis

What these guys are busy working on strikes me as being in the neighborhood of much larger numbers. But, as with everything, we shall see.

For now, I'll take the $50 mil contract with 50 mil in volume and 05++++ ...and if that happens in 50 or so days...well then the 5s have it

Between the DD posted here and the people involved, seems we have a rare opportunity to get into something very big while it's still on the ground floor.

Love all the DD I see and that you all post but until we see how they capitalize on the technology and relationships we’re all just guessing…shit I want to keep a million of my shares until it’s $165 one day replacing Google…but…

I think they are partnered with Sheildcoms at the very least. 

It was on the old website with their other subsidiaries, so it's easy to speculate that Sheilcom will be or already is under the MONI umbrella.   They talk about defense companies a ton so...

Steve marshal is founder. 

They have a ton to tell us which leads to massive upside... that's for damn sure. 

At the 11:40 mark on the last space call Forrester says " we continue development of search engine capability over HF on the ShieldCom side of the business "

And he continues on speaking about refining indexr to meet ShieldComs needs .

MONI has not acquired Shieldcom. Who said they did? That would be a material disclosure. Steve Marshall is a Shieldcom "Founder" as is listed on the Shieldcom website. It has been posted on this thread, and I believe said on one of the Spaces calls, that the 2 companies are working together on projects.
