They will , INVARIABLY , take a negative viewpoint, by applying statements without any proof of what they are saying, other than their own misguided, diseased opinions, some of which date back decades in the past, where they, themselves live.
And what is amazing is they have been saying the same negative things for decades, without proof of fact. More gold, to them, is interpreted as no actual gold has been produced in front of their eyes. And the plant, though being on a tear toward completion, is merely staged, since there is no publicized date of completion of the plant, though any astute business person can clearly see the progress. But ,as usual , that's not good enough, never good enough, to such fanatics. One can only imagine what negativity will be generated when the processing plant is completed and processing has commenced. And as far as the stockpiles, the negativists, intent on spinning their web of negativity, say that the stockpiles have been picked clean, that the piles are nothing more than value-less rock, gravel, and dust, that the CEO is pushing lies, unlike the negativists(who state only opinion, never independent evidentiary proof of statements.
Who are the positivists to believe? The CEO, or these negativists who never seem to find any reasoning to post anything positive, EVER, in their never-ending negative rants and spin?

There is no legal action against Micon. It's made up.

DGJR, I still hold my shares, so I am neither a pumper nor a basher. However, I see things as they are.

If Clive still owns his shares, then he has to be listed as greater than 5% owner. If anyone claims he didn't sell, then s/he is stating indirectly that the company is lying on their financials. In either situation, the situation doesn't look good.

Can this stock go up? Yes, it can. But with gold at all-time highs, this company that is basing a lot of its stake on gold hasn't moved up significantly. And with the increased OS, it will require a ridiculous amount of gold to move this to a dime, let alone previous highs or a dollar.

I am playing with house money, so I will wait a bit longer to see if this processing plant is legit in Q4.

I have lost trust in this management because they don't meet deadlines, and they don't communicate reasons for the delays.

Logically, the bashers have more proven points than the pumpers. The pumpers are using PRs of forward-looking statements that never come to fruition, so I have drank enough of their Kool-Aid to be nauseated.

If he's been issued over 2 billion shares and not sold he's required by law to be listed as a 5% shareholder. Since he's not listed as a 5% shareholder he sold. Not sure why you can't figure that out.

Where does it show how many shares he sold and or transferred to others, show the proof.
