That isn't close to being accurate - warrants are securities just like common shares - they are purchased - ergo you can only concert them to common shares after one or two years - whatever the terms are in the SPA.

It is nonsensical to post they can be reinstated, modified or removed. That is too funny.

I still don't know what you are yammering about being reinstated - the company that sold the warrants can modify the SPA and they can't remove them. Neither can the company that bought them.

The HUMBL warrants are dead they can't be reinstated - I don't recall any securities law stating warrants and be reinstated.

The strike price for the SRNW is $0.30 that expires on December 31, 2024 and another strike price of $0.50 that expires on December 31, 2026. SRNW states that Sharp paid $400,000 but it was a related party transaction - if the SEC investigates Sharp he will have to provide proof that he paid $400,000 to SRNW and I don't believe he paid anything - this is a typical insider enrichment technique like Sharp did with HUMBL.

"On August 11, 2023, the Board of Directors of the Company approved the purchase of
2,000,000 units with each unit consisting of 1 share of common stock, 1 warrant at an exercise
price of $0.30 per share expiring December 31, 2024 and 1 warrant at an exercise price of $0.50 per share expiring December 31, 2026 of Stratos Renewables Corporation for a purchase price of $400,000. The Company recorded $360,000 in unrealized gains for the year ended December 31, 2023 bringing the investment to $760,000 as of December 31, 2023.

You never mention that FORW paid $2 million on HUMBL warrants but after the one year waiting period the warrants never hit the strike price and we're worthless.

SRNW volume is 143k! Something seems to be brewing there..., which means FORW may be undervalued at these levels. It's time to buy!

We need a small purchase, we need a push to get FORW started and if a few purchases come and FORW goes over .01 then .02, then more and more buyers will come by themselves, (but first we need a spark)

The small but very interesting question is: "When? (2024? or not until 2025? or maybe not until 2026?)

The probability of it exceeding 01 is absolutely certain, with a 100% chance of surpassing that value.

FORW was a Bill Schaefer shell GRDO - Sharp got in bed with Schaefer on GRDO, RDGL (where Radiogel has been pumped since 2004) and IBGR.

Let's see Sharp filed Reg A+ on 06/12/2020 and the SEC declared it abandoned on 02/28/2022.

Another Sharp failure.

Sharp filed an S-1 on 12/19/2023 and it still hasn't been declared Effective - that is 9 months ago.

Odd that Sharp hasn't given any updates about the S-1.

George Sharp took over the shell in October 2018 and has done nothing to increase share holder value.
Starsona Inc., Ligand Innovation Global and Maverick Energy Group, Ltd. all turned out to be worthless scams he brought into this shell.

I am not yet invested in FORW. However, i might buy some shares here. Does anyone know why FORW was bleeding recently and if there is any problems with this shell or is it crystal clean?
