BBAI trade analysis for others:

I quietly side-traded a failing MEME stock position into this ticker in December with an entry from 2.80 - 3.12 ..& I rode it all the way up to ten. At that time, just a week ago, it was (on paper) my new second biggest win to date. I was thinking about cashing out, but mother got greedy. Mother insisted it was going well into the double digits like the others I had seen, and I was well on my way to a new all-time biggest win.

Then, as it started to fizzle, each day the algos carefully closed at a key support, sometimes with a potential bullish reversal candle. With each close, mother insisted this was the reset. Each day she distracted me, and I forgot to use two key technical indicators that would have taken mother out of the equation and had me secure a profit in the mid 7s. Instead, I waited till it went all the way back to 4. That said, a win is a win. My second in a row ..building some momentum. Whether I reenter here or go elsewhere, I now have safeguards in place that will keep mother from interfering again.

A lot of the wider loss was non-cash. Here's the excerpt from the ER.

"Primarily driven by the non-cash changes in fair value of $93.3 million from derivative liabilities related to the 2029 convertible notes and warrants, net loss in the fourth quarter of 2024 was $108.0 million, compared to $21.3 million for the fourth quarter of 2023."

I am not an accountant, so I am not sure of all the ramifications that might have.

I think this has a couple more trap doors remaining before it stabilizes.

Flash crash to 5 level is possible imo. Trade what you see, not what you want to see.

Technicals readjusting - price going down at relatively lower volume than pushed it up. May go low enough to fill the gap between $5-$5.6. Looking for one or two more red candles. before the new bas is established. However, I see the possibility of this one being a long term player with Gov't contracts so anything under $10 bucks would probably be a decent BUY JMHO

Added sub 9 this morning.   I think the stock will continue to piggyback on PLTR and has entered meme status.   Has revenues to boot.   Yes, there will be substantial swings in this stock.

The stock is due to for a healthy pullback but I agree this will eventually see 16 and more imo.

Call options are rather Tasty,this will make $16.00 right after March 5th earnings,lots of surprises to come...='s Bigbear profits for shareholders.

$20 Burger with the works very much attainable by Ides of March.
