FUSION OIL & GAS PLC ("Fusion")
2,181,000 partly paid shares in Fusion Oil & Gas NL ("FOG") paid up and
converted into ordinary shares in Fusion.
Application to the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange
("AIM") for the admission of these additional ordinary shares
Change in directors interests
The Directors of Fusion have received notice that holders of partly paid
shareholdings in FOG are paying up the balances of AUS$434,019 (approximately
#180,000) due in respect of 2,181,000 partly paid shares in FOG. Fusion is now
obliged, as described in the Admission Document dated 22 September 2000, to
acquire the shares and to issue, as consideration, fully paid ordinary shares in
Fusion.
Application has been made to AIM for the listing of the additional ordinary
shares expected on 10 November. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu
with the existing ordinary shares in issue.
The Directors of Fusion have simultaneously been notified that, as a result of
the conversions described above, certain directors have acquired beneficial
interests in ordinary shares in Fusion as follows :
