Management now have an aggregate holding of 1,200,000 Ordinary 25p Shares of
the Company, representing 5.57% of the issued share capital.

The shares are held as follows:

- Exeter Managed Growth Fund 250,000 (1.16%)

- Exeter Smaller Companies Income Fund 600,000 (2.78%)

- Exeter Global Opportunities Fund 350,000 (1.62%)
