Dartmoor Investment Trust plc hold 3,575,000 (representing 8.41% of the issued
class of share capital) and not 3,475,000 (representing 8.18% of the issued
class of share capital).

Exeter Fixed Interest Fund should read Exeter High Income Unit Trust.

The Company has today been informed that as a result of the purchase of
1,339,000 Income Shares of 10p each by Exeter Smaller Companies Income Fund
Ltd on 21 September 2000, the aggregate holding of clients of Exeter Asset
Management Limited in Yeoman II Investment Trust PLC Income Shares of 10p each
is now 9,114,000 (representing 21.44% of the issued class of share capital).

The aggregate holding of Exeter Asset Management Ltd is held as follows:

- Dartmoor Investment Trust plc 3,575,000 (representing 8.41% of the issued
class of share capital) 

- Exeter Preferred Capital Investment Trust PLC 1,300,000 (representing 3.06%
of the issued class of share capital) 

- Exeter Enhanced Income Fund Ltd 1,650,000(representing 3.88% of the issued
class of share capital) 

- Exeter High Income Unit Trust 1,250,000 (representing 2.94% of the issued
class of share capital)

- Exeter Smaller Companies Income Fund Ltd 1,339,000 (representing 3.15% of
the issued class of share capital)
