The Company has today been informed that, following the sale of 300,000
ordinary shares (representing 0.34% of the issued class of capital) by Exeter
Equity Income Fund on 21 September 2000, and the purchase of 695,000 ordinary
shares (representing 0.78% of the issued class of capital) by Exeter Smaller
Companies Income fund on 21 September 2000, portfolios under the management of
Exeter Asset Management Limited now have an aggregate interest in 12,045,000
ordinary 10p shares, representing 13.57% of the issued class of capital.
