The Company was informed yesterday that following purchases also made yesterday, that Thomas Allan now holds an interest in 43,012,980 ordinary shares of 0.005p each ("Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 9.06% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company. This includes 25,661,335 Ordinary Shares held by Apex Utilities Limited.
