IDOX plc ('IDOX' or 'the Company')


Directors Shareholdings


The Board of IDOX announces that it received notification on 19 June 2006 that
John Wisbey, Non-Executive Director, acquired, on 19 June 2006, 100,000 ordinary
shares in the Company at an average price of 7.05p per share. John Wisbey is now
interested in a personal capacity in 305,000 ordinary shares in IDOX
representing 0.16% of the current issued share capital.

John Wisbey also holds interests in IDOX through the shareholdings of Advanced
Technology Trust and Lombard Risk Management plc ('LRM') which hold respectively
11,266,666 and 5,601,546 shares. John Wisbey is a beneficiary of Advanced
Technology Trust and a director and significant shareholder of LRM. The total
beneficial interest of John Wisbey in IDOX has now increased to 17,173,212
ordinary shares representing 8.80% of the current issued share capital of the
Company.

The Board also announces that it received notification on 19 June 2006 that the
Rt Hon Peter Lilley MP, Non-Executive Director, acquired, on 19 June 2006,
130,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 7.25p per share.
Peter Lilley is now interested in a personal capacity in 163,000 ordinary shares
in IDOX representing 0.08% of the current issued share capital.


The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 1p per share.
