Announcement of notifiable interests

The Directors of Fusion received notice on 23 September 2002 that Amvescap plc
now holds a non-beneficial interest in 11,250,000 ordinary shares in Fusion
representing a 11.5% interest in Fusion's issued ordinary share capital. The
registered holders of this interest are set out below:

Vidacos Nominees Limited                                9,103,520

Chase Nominees Limited                                  2,146,480


This holding includes 5,150,398 shares (5.3%) held beneficially by the INVESCO
Perpetual UK Growth Fund and 2,978,122 (3.1%) held by the INVESCO Perpetual
International Core Fund. The above percentages are based on the current admitted
share capital of 97,580,724 ordinary shares.
