Holdings in Company

The Company was notified yesterday by New Star Asset Management Limited, on
behalf of its client New Star Hedge Fund Limited, that pursuant to a transaction
on 31 May 2006 in ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares"), New Star Hedge Fund Limited is now interested in 24,632,247 Ordinary
Shares representing approximately 6.63 per cent of the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company.

New Star Asset Management Limited does not hold any shares beneficially, but
holds them as an investment manager acting on behalf of discretionary clients.
