1. The reported 29,110,150 shares of PRKA (the Shares) are held by Focused Compounding Fund, LP, a Delaware limited partnership (Focused Compounding Fund). Focused Compounding Capital Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (Focused Compounding Capital), is the general partner of Focused Compounding Fund. Each of Geoff Gannon (Gannon) and Andrew Kuhn (Kuhn) serves as a managing member of Focused Compounding Capital. Accordingly, each of Focused Compounding Capital, Gannon and Kuhn could be deemed to be an indirect beneficial owner of such Shares owned by Focused Compounding Fund.
