Nestle SA (NESN.EB) said Friday that it will sell a 60% stake in its Herta brand to Span's Casa Tarradellas in order to create a joint venture.

The Swiss food and drink conglomerate said that it will, however, retain Herta's existing vegetarian line of products. The joint venture will be incorporated in Spain, and will include Herta's charcuterie and dough business.
