Company Files for Organic Certification

(OTCQB: BLEG), a holding company focused on the commercial development of hemp and cannabinoid-infused beverages along with an array of CBD topicals and tinctures announces the release of its new hemp infused bulk green and black tea. The Company is also pleased to announce it has filed to obtain product organic certifications as well as has its trademark published in the Trademark Official Gazette.

Elev8 Hemp has upgraded its packaging for its hemp infused green and black tea to better fit the needs of its customers as well as compliment to rebranding that occurred in the fourth quarter of 2019.  The Company has moved away from individual tea bags and into 2oz bulk pouches of tea. These new pouches are resealable allowing the consumer to store the product for a longer period of time.

In addition, the Company’s word trademark, Elev8 Hemp, has officially been filed in the Gazette on June 16, 2020 for opposition. This trademark will help protect the Company as well as give it the ability to utilize Amazon’s Brand Registry. This registry helps a brand to have complete control over their product listings, ensuring that the information given about a product is accurate, increasing product sales, protect the brand, enhance brand content, improve efficiency as well as different product variations according to Seller App.
