IPC Iplayco Corporation Ltd

IPLAYCO CORPORATION LTD. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:IPC) announces its second
quarter 2009 results; for the six month period ended March 31, 2009. Revenues
for the period were $5,583,094 as compared to $3,971,092 for the comparable
period the prior year. The Company recorded a net loss before taxes of $85,725
for the period ended March 31, 2009, as compared to a loss of $27,643 during the
same period in 2008. The downturn in operating results for the year is due
mainly to operating cost increases related to the fluctuation of the Canadian
dollar relative to the US dollar and the start-up costs of the Family
Entertainment Centre.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

IPlayco Corporation Ltd. through its' subsidiaries, International Play Company
Inc. and Outdoor Play Company Inc., design, manufacture and install play
structures for restaurants, family entertainment centres, fitness centres,

Outdoor Play Company Inc. recently opened its first Company owned and operated
family entertainment centre ("The Great Escape") in Langley BC. The operating
