ICN Resources Ltd. ("ICN" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: ICN), is pleased to announce the appointments of Denise Lok as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary and Nancy J. Wolverson as Vice President of Exploration and Acquisitions, effective August 3, 2010.

About Denise Lok, CA

Ms. Lok is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Transportation Logistics from the University of British Columbia. Ms. Lok is currently Manager, Corporate Finance of Baron Global Financial Canada Ltd. Previously, she was a professional accountant with an international accounting firm where she gained valuable experience leading large teams for audits under Canadian and US GAAP for public multi-national clients.

About Nancy J. Wolverson, CPG

Ms. Wolverson is a geologist with more than 25 years experience exploring for and evaluating precious metal deposits in the United States, Chile, Ecuador, Mexico and Kyrgyzstan. She has been involved in grass roots exploration and property development for both junior exploration and major mining companies. Ms. Wolverson is a Certified Professional Geologist (CPG) through the AIPG, a Qualified Person (QP) as defined by NI 43-101 and has completed several qualifying Technical Reports for junior exploration companies. Nancy has an M.S. in Geology from the MacKay School of Mines in Reno, Nevada and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Missouri, St. Louis.

Effective July 31, 2010, Tom Wilson has resigned his position as Chief Financial Officer and Gordon Fretwell has resigned his position as Corporate Secretary. Both have resigned from their positions to pursue other business opportunities. ICN management would like to thank Mr. Wilson and Mr. Fretwell for their assistance throughout their careers at ICN and wish them well in their future endeavours.
