Altus Group Limited ("Altus") (TSX:AIF) is pleased to announce its Board of Directors has approved the payment of a cash dividend of $0.15 per share for the quarter ending December 31, 2012.

Payment will be made on January 15, 2013 to shareholders of record as at December 31, 2012.

Altus Group Limited hereby designates all dividends paid or deemed to be paid as "eligible dividends" for purposes of subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada), and similar provincial and territorial legislation, unless indicated otherwise.
